Members and visitors appreciate the beautiful setting of Albert Park Bowls Club in St Vincent Gardens. The club was established in 1873 and continues to thrive as a competitive sports club. Today, our modern all weather bowling surface enables members to bowl all year round and the club's proximity to Melbourne CBD makes this an ideal location for social bowling functions.

Club Membership

The current club membership is a diverse and friendly community. We welcome new members eager to discover the sport of lawn bowls. Top quality coaching is available to help new bowlers get started and experienced bowlers improve their skills. Competitive bowling includes interclub leagues, club championships and tournaments, as well as more casual bowling events.

Functions Venue

Our licensed clubhouse is the perfect place to relax with teammates after a hard fought match. The facilities are also available to hire for private or corporate functions wishing to provide bowling activities. We can accommodate groups of between 40 and 100 and suggest you visit our functions page if you would like to find out more.
